UAB Krasta Auto MINI showroom
During UAB Krasta Auto MINI showroom expansion and modernisation, old lighting system was replaced by economic LUMO lighting system. In accordance with MINI corporate requirements the dominating color of the shop interior is black, therefore high quality and even lighting, emphasizing the car body lines and colors is especially important here.
Old luminescent lamps with economic 2X26W bulbs were replaced with 29W LUMO DLC12 and 19W LUMO DLC8 lamps with light intensity control system. Modernisation of the lighting enabled to increase lightness value twice and to achieve more than four-fold reduction in electricity costs. Night-time lighting intensity was reduced by 30%, so power consumption reduced by 5 times.
The investment will pay off in 3 years. Hereafter electricity saving LUMO LED lighting system will serve for at least 7 years (keeping up to 70% of the initial lightness), even if it is not switched off all the day long.
